How billing works
- When subscriptions open, paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- When subscriptions open, you can cancel at any time in Account settings > Subscription, where Manage subscription opens the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- When subscriptions open, Paddle is our merchant of record. Paddle processes your payment, adds any taxes that apply where you live at checkout, and issues your receipt.
- When subscriptions open, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase.
- There is no free trial.
Questions about pricing
What happens when I cancel?
When subscriptions open, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. When your subscription ends, your account stays and nothing is deleted. You can still sign in and export all of your workspace data, but editing is locked until you subscribe again.
How do I cancel?
When subscriptions open, you can open Account settings, find Subscription and choose Manage subscription to open the customer portal, and cancel there.
Can I get a refund?
When subscriptions open, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase. The Refund Policy explains how to ask and how renewals are handled.
Which payment methods can I use?
When subscriptions open, you can pay with the methods shown at checkout, such as cards. Paddle handles the payment.
